Need a storefront makeover? Wells Fargo running small business renovation contest

For Immediate Release

May 24, 2017

Want to spruce up your storefront? Small businesses in Little Haiti, Overtown and Liberty City can enter Wells Fargo Works for Small Business: Neighborhood Renovation Contest for a chance to win funding to do just that. Wells Fargo is launching the program in collaboration with Rebuilding Together, a nonprofit organization focused on rebuilding communities.

The contest runs through May 31 and businesses do not have to be a bank customer to enter. They do have to have an operating business in one of these ZIP codes: 33127, 33136, 33137, 33138, 33142, 33147 or 33150. No purchase or entry fee is required.

Four winners in Miami will be selected in the judged contest: one business will win up to $25,000 in business renovations and three businesses will each win up to $10,000 in business renovations. The contest rules, including full eligibility and application requirements, can be found at wellsfargoworks.com/renovation/contestrules.

"Wells Fargo has a long history of building strong relationships with small business owners and fostering economic development in each and every community we serve across America," said Joe Atkinson, South Florida region president for Wells Fargo. "We are thrilled to present the Neighborhood Renovation Program here in Miami."
